The Vibration Counting Machine sorts and counts grainsthrough several templates, then spins medicines to let thementer filling channel for bottling . This machine is made up ofmaterial disk, several templates, swing mechanism, dischargingmechanism and control system. The whole machine adoptstotally-enclosed structure design ,Plc system operation, andmany protective devices are also installed.

It is equipped with touch screen ,PLC control system ofconvenient operation ,and steady performance.
The swing system uses the advanced structure of eccentricinner hole deviating from central axis. Variable frequency controlsystem allows good swing effect and low noises level. The speedand the swing frequency of the machine can be adjusted.
It is made up of 316L stainless steel reasonable inconstruction with requirement of GMP.
